2. Shop in Installments

We offer the option to shop in installments through the third-party payment app Shop Pay. This option is available only for customers in the United States.

  • Third-Party Responsibility: All payment schedules, interest rates, fees, and terms are managed directly through these third-party providers and are not controlled by Nemeshop.
  • Eligibility: Installment options are subject to approval by the third-party app during checkout.
  • How It Works: Select Shop Pay at checkout, and you will be redirected to their platform to complete your purchase.
  • Customer Support: For inquiries regarding installment plans, fees, or payment issues, please contact Customer Support Services at Shop Pay.

3. Payment Processing

  • Authorization and Charges: All payments are processed at the time of purchase. Your card will be authorized for the full amount of the order, and the charge will appear on your statement.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase and a tracking number if applicable.
  • Pre-authorization: For some orders, a pre-authorization may be placed on your card to ensure that funds are available. This may temporarily reduce your available credit.

4. Security Measures

  • Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your payment information during transmission.
  • Secure Transactions: All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Adjustments: If there are any adjustments to your order (such as cancellations or partial refunds), the payment method used will be credited accordingly.

7. Payment Terms

  • Currency: All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address and relevant tax laws.

8. International Orders: Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply depending on the laws of the destination country. These costs will be included in the final balance at checkout, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Additional Charges: These duties and taxes are set by local authorities in the destination country and may vary depending on the value of the order and customs policies.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes or import duties. If delivery is refused due to these charges, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and any additional costs may be deducted from the refund.
